Develop and Grow
Develop your skills in biomechanics, nail surgery, SWIFT wart treatment & ShockWave
Experience
Our practice offers you the opportunity to develop in whatever field you desire.
Clinicians are given reign to develop their own preferred areas of expertise, but you will see everything from diabetic foot wounds to child development problems, running injuries to nail surgery.
The experience gained from working in a regional setting is like nothing you would find in a city practice.
Team Time
With regular team meetings and professional development sessions, you’ll have ample opportunity to share and learn with the rest of the team.
We will support you to develop & grow.
Mentoring
Julian our senior Podiatrist has over 30 years of experience, mentoring graduates into confident clinicians across public & private healthcare environments. He enjoys seeing people become experts in their field, seeing people leave as better Podiatrists than when they came;
“We measure our success in the improvements in your skills”. You’ll be mentored to improve your skills in biomechanics, nail surgery, anaesthetics, SWIFT wart treatment & Shockwave.
Outcomes, not sales!
Our reputation is the key to our success and honesty with patients is valued over sales. We feel longer consultation times lead to better patient outcomes, rather than obsessing with KPIs.
Work/Life balance
We value a healthy work/life balance. Above all else we want someone to fit in with our family-focussed, cheerful team.
