Heel pain is one of the most common conditions treated in our podiatry clinics. The cause of heel pain in adults is often plantar fasciitis; however, there are many other causes of heel pain. Other common causes include tarsal tunnel syndrome, stress fractures, Achilles tendinitis and retrocalcaneal bursitis.
